Two-year-old dies after falling from fifth floor
A two-year-old boy died on Friday night after the fifth floor of the apartment where he lived in Telheiras, Lisbon.

Neighbors who spoke to JN, who preferred to remain anonymous, were “in shock”. “Meet me at the window and I saw the child fall to the ground. According to the same resident, the police were the first to arrive and INEM came close to “20 minutes”. “You shouldn’t say so much, since it’s as right as it is here,” he said. One of the JN residents that the children already assured when signaled by the Protection Commission, but the PSP did not obtain this information. PSP commissioner Pereira said that the Judiciary Police is investigating whether there is “potential criminal responsibility”. “It could be limited to having limited liability. If liability is safely attributed only criminal liability will be to whoever has the guardianship and custody of the minor,” he added.
