San Marino celebrates the International Yoga Day on 10 June
On 11 December 2014, the United Nations General Assembly has conf established the International Yoga Day on June 21, day of the Summer Solstice. Since that time, the International Day has been celebrated annually by the member states of the United Nations with great enthusiasm.
Even this year the Republic celebrates this International Day promoting an organized event from the Embassy of India in San Marinoin close collaboration with the San Marino Embassy in Italy and with the Foreign Affairs Department and with the patronage of the Secretariats of State for Foreign Affairs, Sport, Culture and Tourism.
In this edition the collaboration of the Social Center of Customs has joined.
San Marino hosts the seventh edition of this event at Campo Bruno Reffi (San Marino City), next Friday 10 June starting at 5.30 pm.
Before starting the event the Indian Ambassador, Neena Malhotra and gods Patronizing Secretaries of State they will make some institutional interventions.
To follow, the teachers of the territory of House of Yoga, Nikoniko Center, Tao Chi Rei Yoga and Shiatsu Center, Hikari-Sangha of joy And Yoga & Zen Association they will take turns to perform the yoga protocol provided by the UN and will guide the participants in this ancient Indian discipline.
Simultaneously with the practice for adults, this year there will be one special session for children: Yoga for children with Cards – Yoga Family Stories, conducted by Laura Novello.
