The information of San Marino, the editorial by Marino Cecchetti: “How to go down in history”
MARINO CECCHETTI – The Director prof. Giovanni Canzio during the visit to the Office Center of the Exc. Captains Regent Oscar Mina and Paolo Rondelli, present the Secretary of State for Justice, Massimo Andrea Ugolini, highlighted, as urgent, the need to “computerize the Court”.
Reporting that jumped to the fore in the media, emphasized by the way in which Canzio himself spoke about it to the microphones of San Marino Rtv.
Let’s pick up the news starting from a personal memory. It was in the post-2012 elections. Place: a very popular city bar, in the early morning, for breakfast, by those who then have to run to the office. There are also those who, not pressed by the obligation of the card, can stay a little longer. Around the table of Gian Carlo Venturini – now Secretary of the Christian Democratic Party of San Marino – that day in December there were many people. They were there to congratulate him on his appointment as Secretary of State: and to the Interior and to Justice. A person suggested in front of everyone a simple and safe way to go down in history: notice in court of the existence of computers.
We have no reason to think that, ten years ago, Venturini did not send the message, privately, to the offices, knowing of his attention to these things and also how attentive he is to the indications of his friends.
However, there were no changes in the Court.
The same notice from Venturini was sent to the Court – in public form – two years ago by Carlo Romeo, Director of San Marino Rtv, scandalized to see the lawyers looking for the files in the boxes.
Now to remark, ultra, the little honorific – delay, it is the Director of the Court himself, who came from Rome.
