City canteen towards the move
Reorganization, logistic and functional. This is the goal that we have been working towards for some time, to keep theefficiency of the canteen service and cover, together, the new space requirements of other structures. There have already been several meetings between the parties involved – Secretariats for Health and Labor, Social Services Fund and Camst Group.
It starts from Citywhereby one becomes concrete and closer than ever shift. The premises currently in use, next to the high school, were identified as ideal for new classrooms arrive for high schools. From September, those available will no longer be, given enough boom in registrations, increased by at least 30% in one year. The renovation and adaptation works should start by the end of June. Mensa to be moved, then, but which would still remain in full Old Townwith a couple of solutions already on the plate.
Eyes then focused on ISS canteen from Cailungoand in this case prevails, at the moment, the orientation to maintain theaccess reserved for employees and hospital staff onlyas it already happens from the height of the pandemic emergency, for precautionary reasons, perhaps expanding it to those who attend the hospital for health reasons. The resolution that extends the provision for another 90 days is in early April, pending – we read – “the definition of the new management methods (…), consequently to the ongoing negotiations with the CAMST“. In this case, the unknown would remain linked to sustainability: the management costs that continue to increase – also given the surge in food prices – and in the face of an audience of potential users stable at 1,000 ISS employees, while effective has between 100 and 140 customers a day.
