The road to UEFA Women’s Futsal EURO 2023 began with a qualifying round with five teams advancing to complete the October squad for the main round.
For 2022/23, the competition returns to the regular calendar after moving the second edition from 2020/21 to 2021/22; The final of this edition will take place from 1 to 3 July in Gondomar, Portugal, with Spain defending the title they won at the same venue in 2019, with the participation of Portugal, Ukraine and Hungary.

The format for the third edition of the competition has not changed, as the final tournament with four teams is scheduled for March 2023. The contestants will be the four winners of the groups from the main round with 16 teams from 18 to 23 October.
The first 11 ranked countries * start in the main round; the other five places were decided in the preliminary round, where 12 competitors competed in three mini-tournaments that lasted until Saturday, from which the winners of the groups Netherlands, Belgium and Slovenia and the best two runners-up Slovakia and Bosnia and Herzegovina advanced. .
