The Pinzgauer had 1.0 per thousand alcohol in the blood at the time of the accident – that was the result of a test. The 26-year-old had to give up his driver’s license. He was injured and taken to the Schwarzach Clinic. His car was destroyed in the accident. The St. Veit fire brigade was deployed with 25 men. The 42-year-old driver fled after the accident, but was found by the police a little later. A breathalyser test on the 42-year-old showed 1.86 per mille. He had to give up his driver’s license and he WILL be reported for several crimes.
