Among the technoparks with patented start-ups, Technopark Istanbul was in 2021 as it was the previous year.
According to the list in the 2021 Patent Performance Report published by Patent Effect, 898 patented start-ups in Turkey, 697 of which 77 percent were launched in technoparks.
Teknopark Istanbul became the first to be an entrepreneur for 68 patented startups. Technopark Istanbul, with 52 patented start-up companies, is the technoparks with the most patented entrepreneurs in Turkey in 2020.
