Habitat Invest puts 322 homes on the market — idealista/news
ONE real estate developer Habitat Invest, which was founded more than 20 years ago (in 2001), will present at the Salão Imobiliário de Portugal (SIL) – the fair starts this Thursday and ends Sunday (May 15, 2022) – the two biggest projects of its history: AURYA, with 407 units, and LUMA, with 165. The company will set the occasion to put 322 on the market.
The announced and launched units are distributed across four projects:
- CUP (49 units), on Avenida do Brasil, in Lisbon;
- LUMA (165 units), in Santa Clara/Lumiar, in Lisbon;
- AURIA (first 100 units, out of a total of 407), in Loures;
- Horizon On Tejo (eight units), on Calçada do Marquês de Abrantes, in Lisbon.
“With Habitat In it considerably broadens its spectrum of activity, the launch of remarkably residential segments medium, medium high, premium and luxury”, says the company in a statement, noting that it thus reaches “1,224 residential units in production projects, spread over 16”. All this means 238,700 square meters (m2) of construction, in a investment of 477 million euros, he adds.

With regard to the AURYA project, Habitat Invest adds that it is promoting the sale of apartments with a electric mobility included. This is because the properties will be sold with a Citroën Ami included.
