The establishment of the Order will give professional opportunities to nurses, starting with access to training courses also abroad, it is a duty that politics had and a merit of our nursing body “. While working for a systemic recognition of the various health professions, the Government hopes for a rapid arrival at the birth of the Order: “An important job was also done by the technicians who worked on the drafting of the Code of Ethics – says the Secretary of Justice, Massimo Andrea Ugolini – Law 28 of 1991, article 10 also regulates health professions. It is an important moment and we hope that the timing will be as short as possible “.
In thanking those who worked there – in particular the nurses greet the Order as an instrument that, in protecting the profession, protects the citizen: “Finally, it will be a representative body for nurses and will unite different entities – says the President of the San Marino Nursing Association, Andrea Ugolini – There will be only one identity: the names of ‘professional nurse’ and ‘childhood monitor’ will retire. There will only be nurses and pediatric nurses ”. On the dedicated international day, the Coordinator of the Nursing, Technical and Social-Health Professions remembers her role, Elisabetta Ercolani: “Our nurses are capable and know how to stay close to the citizen.
