Alleged perpetrator threatens death – and language of love
The man pressed his arm on her neck and threatened to kill her, according to the accusation. In addition, the woman was afraid of several areas due to her position on the steps, according to the senior prosecutor.
“They endured the events that followed, which lasted more than an hour and a half.” Again and again the woman asked the man to let go of her and spoke of rape. He is said to have said that it was not rape because he loved her.
Victim freed himself and fled almost naked into the street
According to the indictment, the woman was only able to free herself when increasing noises could be heard from the street and from other apartments at the beginning of the day. The accused is said to have urged the woman to go with him to the basement stairs.
When he stood up for this purpose, she is said to have quick-wittedly seized her chance and pushed him away. Dressed only in a bra and shoes, she was able to escape to the street, where passers-by came to her aid.
The accused is currently in custody. His defense attorney stated that his client initially did not provide any information. The alleged victim witness testifies on Friday. They are said to have experienced several attacks as a result of the act. Her lawyer announced that she would request the exclusion of the public for the duration of the interrogation. The verdict is scheduled for May 25th.
