“This moment is a moment is a moment is a moment is important, but we will never be happy, more than all” about some “that is more than all” about us, which is more than all of us, let’s consider that is more than all, especially the, “we will never be happy” taken for granted in Europe”, he said.
“Now, democracy is the democratic space”, after participating in the inauguration of a democratic space, as part of the celebrations of Europe Day.
According to the European Commissioner, they now understand the meaning of words like peace and democracy, but, she warned, “democracy is also lived every day”.
“Democracy is that people, born in the territory they are born, also had access to essential goods and “goods to which we defined health is defined”.

Therefore, there is also “an opportunity for Portugal” and for other countries that currently have access to “historic funds”, as part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) and the upcoming 2030.
“There is no forgiveness” if “all the countries that are currently receiving, not only the PRR funds, but also the multiannual framework, do not [os] use it in an intelligent and strategic way”, he warned.
And use them “in order to decide to have a more resilient country. And a more resilient country is a country with many development poles and not an unbalanced country, because the unbalanced itself is something with”, he stressed.
