To date, 30% of members of the Bordeaux Métropole Tourist and Convention Bureau are involved in a responsible approach. The objective is to obtain in the long term a responsible tourist offer extended to the whole of the reception chain. Territorial cooperation makes it possible to try out and share good practices with neighboring territories in terms of mobility, local consumption, management of tourist flows. Among the initiatives adopted: the implementation of a Charter of commitment for eco-hosts, the annualization of a

This translates into a renewed promotion strategy, the creation of a metropolitan plan for tourist accommodation and its monitoring, support for innovation and project promoters.
