The “happy company” project for the well-being of employees is underway
MyO focuses on the physical and mental well-being of its employees and collaborators with the aim of improving their psycho-physical health, enhancing the quality of lifestyles and taking into account the different needs of women and men. Thanks to the collaboration with Domus Medica, the medical center of San Marino, the workers of the Poggio Torriana company will have the opportunity to meet health professionals in a cycle of five meetings between May and June.
“The project stems from a particular attention to the very hard period we come from, especially on the mental level – says the creator of the project Simona Bianchini, shareholder and general manager of Myo – the goal is to center people, and in particular women workers. , improving their life in the company in the round. We will then talk about stress prevention, psycho-physical health promotion, employee growth and enhancement of the quality of lifestyles: yesterday, at the first meeting, we had an enthusiastic response with the participation of almost 50 colleagues, about a third of all our collaborators “.
“This is the first meeting of the Confindustria Romagna newborn female entrepreneurship committee – says the vice president of the association with responsibility for female entrepreneurship, Alessia Valducci – we are proud to have started from a concrete initiative, of great sensitivity to the current context. We are emerging from a pandemic that has touched many of us firsthand, subtracting serenity and energy from our way of living and working: caring for the most important resources we have, people, is an act of kindness and closeness that can restore trust. “.
“People are the soul of our community, they are those who keep a productive and social fabric alive: their well-being is reflected in cascade on the vitality and dynamism of our community – concludes the mayor of Poggio Torriana, Ronny Raggini – For this community, an initiative of such sensitivity, not taken for granted and therefore even more precious, is particularly appreciated “. The activity will be carried out with the support of psychologists, dieticians, dermatologists, gynecologists, urologists and experts in natural products, with the coordination of Dr. Carla Amadori, psychologist and psychotherapist. With a view to meeting the needs of collaborators more and more, the meetings were organized in a hybrid form.
