Banca Patrimoni Sella & C.the company of the Sella group specializing in the management and administration of the assets of private and institutional customers, has inaugurated the new headquarters in Genoa at Palazzo Lercari-Parodi, in the historic center of the city.
The offices, spread over an area of approx 650 sqmwill host a team of 18 professionals led by Liguria area manager Valerio Vagge, who says: «The inauguration is part of the bank’s philosophy and approach of wanting to create a stable, deep and rooted bond with the distinctive territory, understood as part of a common investment aimed at cohesion and the development of solid relationships with the community. In fact, the decision to open the new headquarters in Genoa responds to the logic of becoming ever more deeply tied to the spirit of the city. Palazzo Lercari Parodi is a place of beauty that we believe is consistent with the sense of composure and diversity typical of our interlocutors, as well as a reference space for our entire Ligurian team ».
The opening of the new offices will also be accompanied by two projects aimed at underlining the relationship between Banca Patrimoni Sella & C. and the city as well as the commitment to sharing and disseminating local cultural heritage.
The first initiative, concerning the ranking of digital hotspots in Genoait will represent an innovative form of enhancement and promotion of the city and its places of reference, entirely based on digital technologies.
Thanks to the help of a artificial intelligence software which will select the most attractive places, a “digital ranking” of the most important points of the Ligurian capital will be created on the basis of their digital notoriety. The ranking will then be illustrated by a video-infographics available online to support tourism promotion and residential development.
The format, which will be used for the first time in Genoa, will then be replicated in all Italian territories where Banca Patrimoni Sella & C. is present.
At the same time, Banca Patrimoni Sella & C. will contribute to the creation of a volume dedicated to Palazzo Lercari-Parodicurated by Patrizia Falzone, architect and university professor at the University of Genoa.
The work, published in paper and digital format, will illustrate in detail the history and value of Palazzo Lercari-Parodi for the city of Genoa and the Genoese. The digital version will be distributed free of charge, available to anyone who wishes to consult it, in line with the principles of the Faro Convention, the European Commission’s program to enhance cultural heritage in a participatory manner.
