Prime Minister Modi’s intricate gifts to Crown Prince Fredrik of Denmark and Swedish Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson
Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave the Pashmina chair in a Papier Mache box from J&K to Sweden’s Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson when he participated in the second India-Nordic summit in Denmark.
The Indian Prime Minister, who is on a three-day visit to Europe, also donated a Dokra boat from Chhattisgarh to Denmark’s Crown Prince Fredrik. During his visit, Prime Minister Modi also met Queen Margrethe II of Denmark.

The Indian Prime Minister said: “The programs covered various spheres, ranging from diplomatic meetings, strengthening cultural and commercial links and engagement with Indian society.”

The Dokra boat is a non-ferrous metal casting made by wax casting technology that is mainly manufactured by craftsmen in central and eastern Indian countries.

The Prime Minister of India also attended the India-Nordic Summit in Denmark, which was attended by Prime Ministers from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.
Prime Minister Modi had arrived in Denmark after visiting Germany. In Copenhagen, the Indian Prime Minister had held talks with the Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen.
The Prime Minister of India had also held bilateral talks with the Prime Ministers of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.
