Lisbon City Council will preserve security in Bairro Alto for “residents’ right to rest”
The Lisbon Municipal Assembly of importance established the Lisbon City Council and the increase of the Municipal Police in the Inspection District to the increase of the Municipal Police in the Alto Maintenance District to the Brigades of Operation of the Brigades.

At the same meeting, proposals from the city council were also approved to change the name and operating rules of the Social Emergency Fund (FES) of the municipality of Lisbon in terms of private support for Social Solidarity (IPSS) and other entities without aggregates, profits and aspects of support for family members, as well as additional measures to support economic activity at stands and kiosks, not as part of the fight against the covid-19 pandemic.
