The secrets of water, a book at the Feltrinelli in Genoa
L’water it is an element that we give enough for everyone, even if it is omnipresent in our life.
But, actually how much do we really know? Perhaps not much, and that is why Giorgio Temporelli has created a book entitled “The water manual”, Where he illustrates news and curiosities about the many variations of this element that is the basis of our life.
A real journey from the origins on Earth to the present day, on how the treatment of drinking water has evolved and all the clichés related to this, debunking many “urban legends” and misleading advertisements.
A publication aimed not only at the technicians of the sector but also at all those who have different skills and interests in this complex sector.
The author, with a degree in Physics, professionally deals with issues relating to hygiene, legislation and technologies for water treatment.
He has been involved in scientific dissemination for some time, as the author of numerous publications on the subject. The current work, published by Erga Edizioni, will be presented at the “Feltrinelli” bookshop in Genoa, in Via Ceccardi 16, in the presence of the author and Carla Scarsi, Friday 6 May 2022 at 18.00 free admission in compliance with the regulations in force on COVID-19.
