Steals covers from the Lisbon Metro and ends up in preventive detention
youA 44-year-old man was arrested by the Lisbon Metropolitan Command of the Public Security Police (PSP), on April 14, at 4:20 pm, at the Bela Vista Metropolitano station on the grounds that he had committed three crimes: against the security of communications, theft of non-precious metals (copper) and introduction into a place closed to the public.
The arrest took place, explains the PSP in a statement to the agents or suspects inside the station. in possession of cutting pliers and copper cables that he had just stolen.

For the practice of this crime, explained further to the security force, “the circulation on one of the Lisbon Metro lines was about 20 minutes away during the afternoon”.
