San Marino. USL: “Salaried contract, something is finally moving”
“A meeting was held yesterday with the Secretariat to the Territory and the Direction of the Autonomous State Agency for Public Works and the trade union forces: a meeting that we can define as half profitable”.
This was reported by the San Marino Workers’ Union, adding: “If in fact we recognize the availability and continuity in the meetings of the Secretariat to the Territory in the field at the same time, we expected a proposal for an economic adjustment of the contract which has now expired for about ten days. ‘years.
The AASLP underlined the importance of adopting the new organizational model in order to direct the activities of the teams with a view to greater efficiency and productivity, including the restructuring of various recruitments by June.
We note that, unfortunately, the economic proposal is still being defined in the Congress of State and that it will be exposed in the last few weeks; at the same time we are asked to analyze and structure the regulatory framework of the AASLP in order to modernize it in the present times.
The disappointment for the lack of an economic proposal does not release us from the commitment made with the workers to define a contractual increase for some time therefore, once again, the USL intends to continue with the same responsibility demonstrated in the moment of the adoption of the new organizational model showing availability at the start of a comparison on the regulatory text.
We expect, however, that in a very short time a concrete economic adjustment for the wage contract will be finally put on paper by the government, which takes into due consideration the current economic situation, as well as the many years of non-renewals “.
