Quina das Beatas Fest in Portalegre brings together seven bands ‘made in’ Portugal
PPromoted by the Centro de Artes e do Espetáculo de Portalegre (CAEP), the festival will take place on the 6th and 7th of May, in the café-concert space of that concert hall.
“The objective of this initiative is to disseminate and promote the new Portuguese music”, the director of CAEP, Joaquim Ribeiro, told the Lusa agency today.
The official highlighted that “the festival is made up of Portuguese bands” and “the programming offer is made by groups that are starting in the musical scene, with one or two clubs”.
According to the program, on the first day of the festival, the bands Cariño Muerto, Psicotronics, Subway Riders and Wipeout Beat will take the stage, starting at 21:30, the latter to present their recent album entitled “Wine Nights Fantastic Stories”. .
On May 7th, also at 9:30 pm, it’s time to hear the musical projects Mike Vhiles, Clementine and also the Sunflowers, who present their latest work, “Enless Voyage” to that Alentejo city.

According to the CAEP, the daily entrance fee to Quina das Beatas Fest is three euros.
