Green space outside the old town » Leadersnet
Nonntal is one of the famous residential areas in the city of Mozart.
A living space concept is being implemented that is intended to integrate kindergarten, school, hotel and various forms of housing in a forward-looking manner. The existing monastery of St. Josef will be renovated and rebuilt for this purpose. A boutique hotel from Marriott’s Autograph Collection and elegant, serviced condominiums are being built on an area of approximately 14,500 square meters.

The gardens around the monastery form a charming green idyll in the middle of the city. With a relaxed structure and many green areas, the monastery, kindergarten and school blend in elegantly. The landscape architectural concept with high-quality planting, ponds and elegantly designed walkways creates an excellent outdoor space. The green DNA of the place should also be noticeable in the selection of the materials used and in the energy supply of the ensemble. (approx)
