An extracurricular animator suspected of touching minors at the Simone Veil school in Avignon
A preschool animator from the Simone Veil school in Avignon is suspected of touching young children. He was in charge of evening homework help in the school, and at least two little girls in CE2 and CM2 class were allegedly touched. This animator was recruited by the town hall of Avignon with a diploma, the BAFA and an extract from a clean criminal record.
Babysitting offers at discounted prices
The schoolgirls alerted their parents and other school supervisors. They explained that the young animator touched them in weird places like the chest. The supervisor would also have written letters to the parents of the little girls to offer them babysitting at bargain prices on weekends.
The host was prowling around the school after being sidelined
Upon learning of his behavior, the town hall dismissed this employee. She denied him access to school and dismissal proceedings were initiated. But the suspended animator was seen prowling around the Simone Veil school in the evening, when homework help came out. The municipal police therefore posted themselves daily in front of the school to ensure the safety of the children and reassure the parents. The parents of the young victims filed a complaint. An investigation was entrusted to an examining magistrate.
