Do you offer solutions for secure digitization and do you want to know more about opportunities in the Swedish market? Join the webinar on cyber security in Sweden organized by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), InnovationQuarter (IQ), Security Delta (HSD) and the Dutch Embassy in Sweden on 24 May.
The Swedish consulting company Radar Ecosystem annually surveys the IT market in Sweden and will exclusively present the latest developments in the cyber security area this morning.
In the second part of the information session, you will be able to discuss directly with local experts whether your solution suits the Swedish cyber market. The webinar is also a survey of interest in participating in an IT security conference and working visit to Stockholm in November to follow up on the insights that have emerged.
The webinar will be held in English.

About Sweden
Sweden is one of the world’s leading countries in digital competence. However, when it comes to cybersecurity, the ranking is modest. There is a discrepancy between the pace of digitalisation in Swedish society and cyber security. Especially small and medium-sized companies – which account for 60% of turnover in Swedish business – and (smaller) public organizations have fallen behind and need better conditions to digitize their operations in a secure way.
In the EU’s Digital Economy & Society index, which measures both the population’s digital skills and knowledge and the level of digital accessibility and connectivity, Sweden is in the top three, together with Denmark and Finland. The Network Readiness Index, which ranks the world’s economies by digital maturity, places Sweden at number two. But when it comes to cybersecurity, the situation is different: according to the Global Cybersecurity Index, Sweden is in 26th place in the world. Even in Europe, Sweden is only in 15th place.
In addition, the concept of security is gaining new momentum in a time of intense geopolitical turbulence. Sweden is an attractive target for foreign powers and the threat will only increase and the targets are not just military. Commercial activities, technological development and research are also goals. So the overall need for knowledge, skills and implementation of cyber security is huge. On May 24, we will develop what this means for the opportunities in the Swedish market for Dutch cyber experts.
