Istanbul-Sofia Express is on the road again
Istanbul-Sofia Express, which took two years from its flights due to the epidemic, resumed the activities given last night.

The train passed through the kindergarten at 21.40, with the passengers going to Sofia from Istanbul being picked up. The train departing from Istanbul-H will proceed on the route of Halkalı, Çerkezköy, Alpullu, Edirne, Kapıkule, Svilengrad, Dimitrovgrad, Plovdiv, Pazarcık and Sofia.
While the train departing from Istanbul at 21.40 is preferred to Sofia at 09.35, the train departing from Sofia at 18.30 is expected to depart for Istanbul at 05.35.

Hasan Pezük, General Manager of TCDD Transportation, said, “The son of 2 natures of the Istanbul – Sofia Express, which we operated every day before the pandemic. Our train, which we will send off from Halkalı at 21.40, would travel for 11 hours and the departure station would be to Sofia city in the morning. I will meet our train, which will depart at 18.30, early in the morning.
