Spanish driver Joan Mir said he had forgiven Jack Miller.
Spanish rider Joan Mir (Suzuki) said he had apologized to Jack Miller (Ducati) for the fall that took both riders out of the Portuguese MotoGP GP, but hopes that the Australian “has learned his lesson”.
Miller tried to overtake for third place at the end of Mir’s position, who occupied the last place on the podium, but the front of the Italian bike slipped, bringing the riders’ exercises to the ground. “Maybe it was found in the water on the asphalt. I think there were some puddles in the asphalt”, Miller had been found, completely despondent down the hall.
Mir was understanding, though annoyed. “It’s a problem that I could have had, but with the purpose of me sometimes. I just wanted me not to be in a work zone. Learn from the mistake and not repeat it”, stressed the Spanish rider.
However, it was possible to support that there was no such incident close, it could even have fallen “to the front of the battle very resistant” and “worse before the end of the race”.
In the end, Miller ended up “asking the guys at Suzuki” and Mir himself.
The French race Fábio Francesa (Yamaha), which became the first “world bisar”, after having already won on track 2 was won by the title21, which in 2010 won the title. The Portuguese Miguel Oliveira (KTM) was fifth.
