Constitution of the Confederation of Economic Operators
People, ideas and desire to do. It is with this spirit that the Confederation of Economic Operators (COE) was born from the initiative of OSLA and USOT, a reality ready to adopt the needs of companies and the many professionals who need adequate representation, designed to dare answers to a strategic world. for the economy of our country. The crises, which in the last decade, have particularly affected the banking and financial system, the economic repercussions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and, most recently, the conflict between Ukraine and Russia have also had direct consequences on the real economy, leading to its disappearance. of different activities. A “domino effect” that involved entrepreneurs and – consequently – workers and their families. A delicate and complex scenario – for several years already – which has made USOT and OSLA mature the awareness that it is more effective to collaborate to achieve common objectives, in favor of the small and medium-sized enterprises represented, while fully respecting individual autonomies. Our project starts from this awareness. A Confederation that, in its being profoundly modern, democratic and inclusive, will be able to look to the future in the certainty of being in step with the times and providing concrete answers to its members, treasure of everyone’s experience and professionalism. It is essential to focus attention on representation in order to interpret and describe trends in terms of identity, organizational structures and functions, freeing ourselves from the vision according to which entrepreneurial associations are configured as a phenomenon of response to the collective organization of workers and industrial conflict. In recent years, entrepreneurial representation is experiencing substantial changes and new challenges, caused by an increasingly global, digital and disintermediated economy; it’s time to change your mission to new and modern functions. Entrepreneurs of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, of the advanced tertiary sector, freelancers and self-employed workers can join OSLA or USOT and users of the services offered by the Confederation.
