Marseille: Vilogia delivers 15 PSLA housing units in the 13th arrondissement
On March 30, Vilogia Great South delivered fifteen social loan-rental-accession (PSLA) housing units within a program developed by Bouygues Immobilier, Via Natura. This 50-unit building (R+5) is located at 141 avenue de la Croix Rouge in the 15and district of Marseille, as part of a larger real estate operation in which Vilogia Privilège, the group’s intermediate housing subsidiary, acquired and delivered 40 intermediate rental housing units at the end of 2021. This is the first delivery of PSLA housing units carried out by Vilogia in the territory of the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis.
Set up by the Raffarin government in 2004, the PSLA system is relatively simple: after a short conventional rental period (12 to 24 months), part of the rent paid is used to constitute a personal contribution when the contract is signed. act of purchase*, the households, all eligible for the ceiling for access to social housing, will take over from the lessor to repay the loan at a reduced rate taken out with the bank (CRESERFI). A commitment that translates into modest monthly repayments** (over 15 years) depending on the size of the accommodation. In addition to the incomparable purchase price, owners are exempt from property tax for the duration of the loan.
