Escola Digital “yields” 260 million to suppliers

The list of main suppliers includes Inforlândia, MEO, Informantem, Claranet and CTT.
The biggest supplier of Escola Digital is Inforlândia
According to the Portal, since 2020, the largest contracts have been closed with Inforlândia, Informantem, Claranet and CTT. According to the DN, these five alone raised 259.6 million euros from companies in contracts with the State, to distribute more than one million computers and hotspots to the school community.
The biggest supplier of Escola Digital is Inforlândia, with 101,610 million euros contracted with the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Education and Science. Another major supplier to schools is MEO. In just three contracts with the State, for the acquisition and supply of computers, a company belonging to the Altice group totals more than 56.66 million. Informantem and Claranet, contract contracts with the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Education and Science, also for the provision of secondary education and secondary education, for basic education and, of more than 37.73 million and 36.91 euros of million, respectively.
