Course to become a digital trainer | adult education.at
We receive encrypted medical reports over the Internet, book train tickets online and stay in digital contact with the family. However, in order for all people – and especially older people – to be able to move independently in digital space and thus master their everyday lives, they need digital skills.
For this reason, the Salzburger Bildungswerk is training digital trainers from Friday, May 6, 2022 to Saturday, June 11, 2022, who are intended to impart digital knowledge to older people in the state of Salzburg. The course takes place in Salzburg at Strubergasse 18/2 and consists of six modules that are carried out over six afternoons.
What do I learn in the training?
In the Salzburger Bildungswerk course, prospective digital trainers learn how to make offers and learning settings attractive. They learn to take older people’s fears about technology seriously and find creative ways to transfer the joy of learning via digital. Here is a brief overview of the course content:
- Module 1: General basics for trainers
- Module 2: Digital competency model “DigComp 2.2 AT”
- Module 3: Organization and administration
- Module 4: Healthy and safe work
- Module 5: Thematic building blocks for digital regulars’ tables
- Module 6: Sources for updating your own knowledge
