Spaniard Jorge Prado won Portuguese Motocross GP – Observer
Spaniard Jorge Prado (GasGas) won this Sunday the Portuguese Motocross Grand Prix, fourth of 20 rounds of the world championship, by being first and second in the two races of the day in the premier class, the MXGP.
The Spanish rider, the victory too, the first victory of the season, while in the lower category, the victory went to the Frenchman Tomlle (KTM), also with a first and a second place in the 250cc reserved races held this Sunday in the crossódromo do Casarão, in Águeda.
In MXGP, Jorge Prado scored 47 points, two more than Slovenian Tim Gajser (Honda) and seven more than Dutchman Brian Bogers (Husqvarna).
The Portuguese Luís Outeiro (Yamaha) was 21st and 23rd in each of the two races of the day that made up the Portuguese GP, not scoring any points (only punctual in the first 20), so he ended the race in the 25th. th position.
In MX2, Sérgio André (Yamaha) was 22nd and 21st, finishing in 22nd position.
Vialle scored 47 points, seven more than the Danish Mikkel Haarup (Kawasaki) and 10 more than the Belgian Jago Geerts (Yamaha).
The next round of the journey will take place in Trentino (Italy) next weekend.
