National activity
With Under 16 and Primavera 4 still in the pits, it’s up to Under 15 and Under 17 to hold the Academy flag high in national level championships. Both will be on stage in the home of the peers of Fermana on Sunday, always on the synthesis of Angelo Postacchini. By necessity, these are two consecutive matches, with the Giovanissimi breaking the ice exactly at noon. The match between National Allievi will follow, with kick-off at 15:00.
Provincial and regional activity
On the field yesterday Zanotti’s Allievi Provinciali, who challenged Del Conca at home in the late afternoon, hitting 3-3 with San Marino goals from Biagioli and Casadei, the latter scored twice. Not the last engagement of the week for the Biancazzurrini, who will host the Catholic Academy in Montecchio on Sunday – with the kick-off at 10:30. At the same time there are also two other home commitments, as regards the men’s youth sector. The two Giovanissimi teams, in fact, will face Misano and Carpinello Forlì, respectively in Dogana and Domagnano. Opponents of the riparians will be the Giovanissimi A di Piselli, while the Giovanissimi A / 9 of Baschetti will face the team from Forlì. The Under 14 PRO team completes the Sunday picture, which will climb up to Modena to cross the same age Canaries – also in this case with the kick-off scheduled at 10:30 on Sunday. The Provincial Beginners and the Regional Juniores anticipate their respective commitments to Saturday. The two formations belonging to the youngest age on stage in Montegiardino (Esordienti A) and Riccione (Esordienti B), to cross respectively will be Polisportiva Garden and FYA Riccione. There are no official challenges for the Under 13 PROs.
FEMALE SECTOR
Under 17 stops at the post, waiting to close their regular season in the Gold Group on April 9th. Instead, the Esordienti formation is back on the field, involved in the interprovincial tournament. The current opponent will be Cesena, with a match scheduled in Savignano sul Rubicone on Sunday, at 15:30. The day before, on the same field and against the same opponent, it will be the Under 15’s: always Cesena-San Marino Academy, but with the kick-off on Saturday at 16:30. Finally, he wants to resume the feeling with the victory of the Women’s Spring, reduce from the misstep in Naples and next to the home match against Palermo. Early challenge at 3:30 pm on Saturday in Domagnano.
FUTSAL SECTOR
Last weekend break for the San Marino Academy women’s futsal training, busy with its first A2 championship. In just over a week, Bagnolo’s away match, to keep future opponents and the Top Five at a distance in view of a tense regular season finale – as expected. Regularly on the field, however, Matteo Selva’s Under 21s who – after a week – will return to visit Mernap Faenza. Last Sunday it was the last of the championship, closed with a 6-4 victory on the Faenza parquet, while next weekend (April 3, 10:30 am) the fourth day of the cup will be recovered – postponed in due course for sanitary emergency.
