City of Salzburg – Building Committee: Business premises on Mozartplatz find new tenants
Predominantly unanimity prevailed in the building committee meeting today (March 31) under the direction of municipal councilor Franz Wolf (ÖVP). That’s how he became Re-letting of the business premises at Mozartplatz 5-7 to the company Magno GmbH also agreed, like the Purchase of new plastic masts and lamps (Ampera Mini Sensor) of public lighting.
According to a call for tenders carried out in an “open procedure”, the total cost of the poles and lighting fixtures is around €407,000 incl. 20% VAT
One Traffic safety measure was also passed unanimously. The street lighting of an approx. 170 meter long section between Mühlstraße and Glockmühlstraße will be renewed by six light points.
There was some need for discussion among the committee participants on the subject Climate promotion measures in the urban area. The official report on the design of the street space in Rupertgasse and Breitenfelderstraße will be dealt with in the next building committee on April 21st. The ÖVP goes to the club.
The official report regarding an easement of toleration of the stock, the maintenance and the renewal of an existing roof overhang on several properties was forwarded to the Senate for a resolution.
