Who is Joaquim Moura?
I am 66 years old, I was born in Matosinhos and graduated in History from the Faculty of Arts of the University of Porto. Throughout my life, functions in private and public entities, several as a member of the Bento de Jesus Caraça Vocational School, president of the Institute of Tourism Training, member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Management of the European Social Fund, member of the Executive Committee of Confederation of Portuguese Tourism and, since 2019, as executive director of the Contact Point for the Return of Emigrants, the entity responsible for implementing the Regressar Programme.
