COSMO Krakow German radio war in Ukraine
– We had to be here to tell the German listener what help is there Ukraine and told stories – says Adam Gusowski. To one of the people involved in the preparation of the morning band on the German radio station COSMO, which is owned by public broadcasters.
This week (March 21-25), the program will be broadcast between 7 and 9 is broadcast live from Cracow. The heads of the stations emphasize that volunteers and restoring the city, charities and foundations, Ukrainians, Germans, Poles, i.e. those who help in helping refugees from Ukraine from Krakow, will help in the morning COSMO radio band.
– We want to be a German listener both about help in Ukraine and about the fate of the audience. We encourage everyone who helps, but also equal Ukrainians to our program – assures Adam Gusowski.
Reports from Krakow on the air and in social media
The station wants to show how Krakow has changed in recent weeks, when many Ukrainians have come to the city. COSMO reported the program to young listeners because the records were saved to deal with the technique on how from Krakow they perceive, to be afraid, they are inclined towards foreigners.
Reporting materials are to be prepared by the international team of COSMO: Keno Mescher and Łukasz Tomaszewski. Their reports are to appear not only on the air raysbut also on radio’s social media.
COSMO is a radio station station for WDR, the German-speaking, public, regional radio and TV broadcaster. In its program addressed to young listeners, a lot of space is devoted to culture. At the end of February, COSMO launched the “Ukrainian Deutschlandminute” format – a daily podcast in Ukrainian that offers refugees up-to-date information.
