Real estate prices in Marseille in March 2022: the indices for buying and renting
If you want to buy or rent in Marseille, discover the level of prices and rents in the town thanks to the indices of Fnaim (National Real Estate Federation) and Clamor.
First, let’s look at the state of the property sales market. As of March 1, 2022 and according to Fnaim indices, the average sale price in this metropolis was €3,177/m². In the space of three months, this recorded index has an increase of 1.8% and 9.2% in 12 months. This shows the dynamism of the Marseille market. Examination of the index over the last three years also reveals a significant increase in property prices (+21.6%).

In Marseille on March 1, 2022, the average prices observed for houses were €5,157/m². As for apartments, they reached 2,809 €/m², all categories combined. Depending on the size of the desired property, potential buyers could expect to pay the prices below:

Rents/m² in Marseille: real estate rental over the last 4 quarters
