San Marino surpassed in three sets!

20/03/2022 – PESARO – Montesi Volley raises its head. This afternoon the red and white have faced and killed Titan Services San Marino in three sets at the “Pala Kennedy”.
THE MATCH – Excellent start of the Montesi Pesaro. The home lineup builds a five-point lead and forces the visitors to time out. At the resumption of the game, however, San Marino returns to the game thanks to some errors of the red and white. At 9-9 the boys from Fabbietti do not pull the plug and go back to grinding points, thus closing on the score of 25-21. Elvin Hoxha’s wall was decisive, allowing his teammates to win the first set of the match. The second set – in the opening bars – is quite balanced. Pesaro tries to help on several occasions, San Marino remains in the wake but surrenders to the strength of Cardinals and companions on 25-22.
In the third set, he largely controls Montesi Volley Pesaro. The Pesaro, with clear ideas right from the start, build a reassuring advantage and finish with a 25-14. The sun shines again in the Montesi Pesaro house. After the defeat in the Marche derby in Macerata, the red and white raised their heads thanks to today’s 3-0 win against San Marino. Despite some important absences (today not Schiaratura, Mancinelli and Ciabotti), the boys coached by Maurizio Fabbietti offered a great team performance that bodes well for the future.
