VILLENEUVE-LÈS-AVIGNON “Le Fil” wants to promote cultural and associative actions
“It is a virtual and collaborative associative and cultural house”explains Morgan Buisson, elected municipal opposition EELV in Villeneuve, to present the project he is carrying out with three of his friends, called “Le Fil”.
More precisely “Le Fil, the associative and cultural info of Grand Avignon”, a public Facebook group opened a few days ago with the idea “to offer visibility, promote the cultural and associative action that takes place on our territory”, he continues. Auto “there are 162 associations in Villeneuve, and not all of them are visible”notes Morgan Buisson.
Because Villeneuve, and generally the municipalities of the Gard part of Greater Avignon, lives in the shadow of the City of the Popes and its cultural abundance. “On this side of the Rhône, when we want to share information, we are drowned in Avignon”, admits Dimitri Maraine, member of the project. The idea is therefore to talk about this right bank of the Rhône.
The group is open and “we expect residents to provide us with their information on events, the creation of associations”launches Dimitri Maraine, who will moderate the publications in tandem with Morgan Buisson. “The door is completely open”emphasizes Morgan Buisson, in particular “at the tourist office, who can participate”, notes Sylvie Boczkowski, also a member of the project. In addition to cultural information, you will also find sports results. Only commercial posts are undesirable on the Feed.
The project has to sponsor the Villeneuve musical duo Pakalo, composed of Marie Ollivier and Léo Santucci. “Our desire is to stay here, to promote initiatives, to say that it is possible”said the last named. “It’s the city that has seen us grow, and we have the will to continue”adds Marie Ollivier.
