How to Help and Donate from Malta For Ukraine
The humanitarian crisis in Ukraine is something that affects us all, but numbers have the power and important things happen when communities come together after one common goal. Therefore, to combine the many initiatives in Malta and Gozo, you can now use “For Ukraine“.
Lovin Malta is joining Blonde and Giant u Surfaces to raise funds and supplies for Ukraine by creating a single landing page to check out the many good causes of the islands.
The large number of Maltese organizations that have made contact after our initial useful list of organizations to donate directly to Ukraine have led to the creation of this platform with Faces and Blonde and Giant.
Of course, it can be difficult to know where to look and how to start helping locally, which is why the “For Ukraine”Initiative compiles a comprehensive list of these organizations along with a brief explanation of what they are doing to help and how you can be a part of it.

What initiatives can you donate to?
For Ukraine it covers NGOs, associations and VOs from a wide variety of sectors. From Malta Boxing Federation collection of donations for medical supplies, to SOS Malta assisting refugees at the Siret border in Romaniato Border Runcoordination of provision of transport from the Polish border to inland citieseveryone is playing with their strengths and giving what they can to those in need as a result of the ongoing war in Ukraine.
Why are we doing this?
In a statement, Faces co-founder Kevin Vassallo said: “Like many around the world, we are saddened and saddened by the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. We at Faces believe that we have a responsibility to use our national media network abroad to support local and international humanitarian organizations that directly support Ukrainian refugees in raising awareness and collecting donations. ”

I have an initiative, how can I get on the list?
Any public monetary donation will be used to purchase water, food, shelter, and supplies for all those in Ukraine or displaced from Ukraine who are being affected by the war. Non-monetary donations are also being accepted by a number of initiatives. You can register your interest by filling it out this form.
We are stronger when united, so it doesn’t matter if you can offer your time, money, or just a few words of support, every little bit helps.
