Covid decree, stop the mask indoors in San Marino – Chronicle
No more obligation to wear a mask indoors, instead the use of the basic Green pass remains in force to access a bar and restaurants. With an amendment to the decree last February, the government of San Marino loosens the restrictions considering that for weeks now, Covid has also been less scary on the Titan. Even if in the last few days there has been a resurgence of infections. The amended decree will be in force from 5 am tomorrow morning and until the end of the health emergency which in the Republic, just like in neighboring Italy, is set for the end of this month of March. Therefore, no more obligation of the mask indoors, even if the use of the protective device is still recommended. Both indoors and when it is not possible, even outdoors, keep the spacing of at least one meter. This is especially true for events and demonstrations, but also for markets. The use of the Ffp2 mask is not mandatory, recommended on public transport, including school transport for children over 12 and taxis.
The same recommendation for public and private workplaces “in which it is not possible to guarantee – states the San Marino decree – seats for all present and in any case whenever it is not possible to maintain interpersonal distancing”.
The only place where the mandatory Ffp2 mask in San Marinoresta is on the elevators. In private homes, gatherings are not recommended and dance events and parties are prohibited. As already mentioned, the basic Green pass is required to access food and beverage services such as bars, restaurants, canteens, bed & breakfasts, farmhouses, hotels and accommodation facilities in general.
Green certificate which remains mandatory also to carry out sports activities and to access a cinema and museums of the Republic.
There are no longer rules for the spacing between tables in bars and restaurants, while it is recommended, but not mandatory, to use the mask at the entrance and exit during each movement – we read on the decree amended yesterday by the government – internally, including the customers who use the take-away, respecting the interpersonal distancing. “No change, however, concerns the duration of the health documentation.
