UEFA Youth League quarter-finals: Atlético, Juventus & Salzburg next | UEFA Youth League
Atlético, Juventus and Salzburg are the first teams to qualify for the finals at the Colovray Stadium in Nyon on April 22nd and 25th.

Juventus prevailed 2-0 against Liverpool on Tuesday, while Salzburg turned the tables after falling behind at Paris Saint-Germain to celebrate a 3-1 win. Quarter-final debutants Borussia Dortmund then lost 1-0 to Atlético.
Tuesday March 15th
Juventus 2-0 Liverpool
- Fabio Miretti and Ange Chibozo drive within two minutes in the middle of the second round and lead the well-known quarter-finalists Juve to Nyon.
- Juventus is the second Italian team (after Roma 2014/15) to reach the finals.
Wednesday March 16th
Paris Saint Germain – Salzburg 1: 3
- Paris initially celebrated a lightning-fast lead when Edouard Michut scored to make it 1-0. Oumar Diakite equalized just before the break and 18 minutes before the end Roko Simic made it 2-1 for the Austrians. Luka Reischl scored the final score in added time.
- Salzburg is the only previous winner still in the competition. They beat Paris 5-0 in the 2016/17 round of 16.
Borussia Dortmund – Atlético 0:1
- Dortmund’s Bradley Fink was denied an early penalty by Alejandro Iturbe, and a little later Javier Currás converted a penalty for Atlético.
- 19,300 spectators watched the party in Dortmund, the third best attendance of all time in this competition.
- Dortmund is in the quarterfinals for the first time. They lost to Atlético both home and away in the 2018/19 group stage.
- Atlético reached the semi-finals for the first time after losing all three previous quarter-finals to eventual winners: Chelsea 2014/15, Salzburg 2016/17 and Barcelona 2017/18.
