Maltese political aspirant offers female voters breast implants if elected in the country’s March 26 general election (VIDEO) | Life
KUALA LUMPUR, March 14 – An aspiring politician in Malta is promising women voters in the European country if breast implants are elected.
Nazarene Bonnici, an independent candidate running in the country’s general election on March 26, is proposing € 4,000 (RM18,345) for every woman who implants, Lovin Malta reported.
“If the population puts its faith in me as an independent MP, I will give a grant to women to get breast implants,” he said.
This is not the first time Bonnici has run in the election and has been at the heart of jokes during his campaigns although it is unclear how many times he has run.
His story even inspired a Maltese film, Limestone Cowboy.
While some laughed at Bonnici’s proposal, he was also criticized by voters for declaring his promise sexist, chauvinistic and outdated.
Bonnici is not the first politician to offer boob jobs to their constituents during election campaigns.
Last June, a Mexican OnlyFans model who became a politician also promised female voters free jobs if she was successfully elected in the country’s polls.
