– It asks that all the light be shed on all the circumstances of the aggression suffered by Yvan Colonna;
– It expresses its attachment to respect for the rule of law and to the principle of the equality of citizens and litigants before the law, one of the founding principles of democracy;
– It asks for the application of the law so that any convicted person can also serve his sentence in a place of detention close to his family, the situation of Yvan Colonna, Pierre Alessandrie and Alain Ferrandi not having to be an exception to this rule which, if it had been, could have avoided the tragedy we are experiencing today.

– She understands the feeling of indignation expressed during mobilizations, rallies and street demonstrations in Corsica and on the continent;
– It associates itself with the various appeals which advocate appeasement and reject violence wherever it comes from and which in no way knew how to constitute an appropriate response to the situation;
– It notes and deeply regrets that it was the only way to obtain the application of the law;
– It also associates itself with the requests of our Corsican and continental elected representatives and representatives of Corsican civil society within the Economic, Social, Environmental and Cultural Council of Corsica for the appointment of a parliamentary commission of inquiry for research purposes the truth about the events that took place on 1uh March 2022 at the Maison Centrale in Arles, and their genesis.
