Ukraine is initiating the announcement of the propagandist Simonyan on the international wanted list
Ukraine intends to initiate the process of declaring Russian propagandist Margarita Simonyan on the international wanted list.
According to Ukrinform, this was announced by Prosecutor General Irina Venediktov Facebook.
“Simonyan Margarito Simonovna, your procedural status in Ukraine is a revealed person. I hasten to inform you that the investigating judge of the Ukrainian competent court, having heard the evidence of the Ukrainian prosecutors presented in accordance with the petition, knew them substantiated and motivated. Thus, the Ukrainian court allowed you, Margarita Simonivna, to arrest and take to court to choose a measure of restraint, “Venediktov said.
She noted that Ukrainian prosecutors intend to initiate the process of announcing the announcement on the international wanted list in the coming days. “According to the Ukrainian prosecutor’s office and referring to practical experience, you should understand that you will be detained while crossing the border of another state in order to further extradition to Ukraine,” Venediktov added.
The Prosecutor General advised Simonyan not to trust the Russian authorities, who therefore probably recommend not to worry. “Hire good lawyers and consult. It is very important for us in Ukraine that everything is in accordance with the letter and spirit of the law. Competitiveness, transparency and access to justice are my guarantee, “Venediktov said.
“Russia, mother, take Dobas home” is one of the reasons that made Ukrainian prosecutors pay attention to you. Today, Ukrainian prosecutors who are investigating the spirit of your worldview ideology want to ask you to come to our home, “Venediktov said.
As Ukrinform reported, YouTube has previously published several channels belonging to the Russian information network Russia Today. In late February, its leader Simonyan, like Vladimir Solovyov, came under EU sanctions over Russia’s recognition of the independence of the DNR and LNR terrorist groups. Canada has also imposed sanctions on Soloviev, and Italian authorities have seized two of his villas on Lake Como.
On March 7, video hosting blocked the channels of propagandist Anatoliy Shari.
