Mobile pump track first in Mauren – Liechtenstein
VADUZ – In September 2021, government councilor Dominique Hasler was able to inaugurate the Liechtenstein mobile pump track on the playground of the Schaan primary school. Many children and young people were happy about the offer. After the pump track was stored over the winter months, it is now available at various locations in Liechtenstein from March to October.
“With the mobile pump track, children and young people have the opportunity to gain confidence in handling bicycles and other mobility equipment away from traffic,” according to a statement from the sports department on Thursday. The pump track is also an ideal practice area for advanced users to improve their coordination and condition. Young cycling and exercise ambassadors would also make themselves available to pass on their knowledge and skills in cycling and roller skating to the children and young people in the form of training courses and practice sessions.
The department also reports that, in addition to the mobile pump track, other sports equipment for the trend sports of street racket, golf disc, bubble soccer, spikeball and ninja warrior can also be borrowed.
