Deputies end Portugal-Russia parliamentary friendship group
The PS and PSD deputies resigned from the Portugal-Russia Friendship Parliamentary Group and approved the freezing of bilateral relations, while the communist Duarte Alves voted against and defended the “maintenance of dialogue channels”. In practice, this means the extinction of this parliamentary friendship group which, however, can only be decided by the plethora.
