Ukraine initiates international search for Russian TV presenter Tina Kandelaki in support of the invasion of Ukraine – UCP
Prosecutor General Irina Venediktova said that Ukraine was initiating an international search for Russian TV presenter Tina Kandelaki for openly supporting Russia’s appeal to Ukraine.
“In the coming days, Ukrainian prosecutors will initiate the process of declaring you, Tinatino Giviyivna, on the international wanted list. in connection with the already established tradition, the only thing I want to ask you to do is to find good lawyers and not turn for help to those who ask you to spread false and harmful information. They are not telling you the truth. The truth is that when you try to cross the border of other states, you will be detained by the competent authorities using the tradition in Ukraine, “Venediktov said.
According to her, prosecutors, after analyzing the content of the Telegram channel Kandelaki, “were extremely surprised” that she is “one of the key disseminators of ideas and slogans of the Kremlin military machine.”
On the day of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Kandelaki wrote on the Internet: “Ukraine’s statehood will be restored very soon after Zelensky and those odious members of the Verkhovna Rada, Ukrainian politics, who are not Ukrainians for years and do not approach the civil world, leave the country. I think Yanukovych will return to Ukraine. The anchor operation began, to be honest, exactly 8 years after the Maidan of the 14th year. “
According to Venediktov, more than 40 Russian citizens will be prosecuted for supporting Russia’s aggression against Ukraine.
The day before, the Prosecutor General’s Office received permission to cooperate in the arrest of Russian Oleg Gazmanov for encroaching on Ukraine’s territorial integrity and inviolability.
