Felix Grossschartner is the first abandonment of the 80th edition of Paris-Nice. Caught in a collective fall forty kilometers from the finish, the Austrian did not leave in this first stage won by Christopher Laporte (Jumbo-Visma). After an initial medical examination, his training BORA-hansgrohe informed that his runner is suffering from a broken collarbone. “With Felix Großschartner we unfortunately lost a very important rider in the support of Aleksandr Vlasov and Max Schachmann.
