Portugal and 21 other diplomatic representations in Venezuela accuse Moscow of violating UN letter — DNOTICIAS.PT
Twenty-two foreign diplomatic representations in Venezuela, including Portugal, condemned the Russian invasion of Ukraine and accused Moscow of violating the Charter of the United Nations, in a statement released.
