The barbaric behavior of Russian troops is due to Putin’s crazy ideas
Putin’s ideas on the so-called “Ukrainian question” are insane and reminiscent of those of the Nazis during World War II.
According to a Ukrinform correspondent, this was announced by the Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the International Organizations in Vienna Yevhen Tsymbalyuk during a special report at the OSCE Permanent Council on Thursday in Vienna.
In his speech, the Ukrainian ambassador is convinced that a week after the start of Russia’s war against Ukraine, it is clear what the Kremlin’s plans and intentions were.
He informed foreign delegations that, according to Russians seized by Ukrainian military secret documents, the military invasion of Ukraine was approved on January 18, which means that “the operation was planned long before that.”
“And how many times have Russian diplomats lied to us that there are no such plans? That there is no preparation? That there will be no invasion?” Tsimbalyuk stressed.
He drew the attention of OSCE member states to the war crimes and crimes against humanity that Russia is currently waging in Ukraine, the chaotic nature of Ukrainian cities and villages.
“Can Russian diplomats explain why you are shooting them? Because they are not Russian enough and do not want to throw flowers at Russian tanks?” Tsimbalyuk said.
The head of the Ukrainian mission to the OSCE also informed foreign delegations about the rocket attacks on maternity hospitals in Zhytomyr and Kyiv region: “The number of kindergartens, schools, universities and hospitals shelled by the Russian occupiers has already exceeded 80. And every day.”
The Ukrainian ambassador said that the barbaric behavior of the Russian military was due to Putin’s crazy ideas about Ukraine. “To know why they are so, it is enough to listen to what Putin has been saying about Ukraine in recent days. And what he is saying is madness,” Tsymyuk said.
He also added that Putin’s current ideas are similar to those of the Nazis in World War II.
“Putin is obsessed with the final solution to the so-called ‘Ukrainian question.’ were you looking for a final solution for other nations during the Second World War? “, said the head of the mission in Ukraine to the OSCE.
As you know, on February 24, the president of the aggressor state, Putin, announced the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine and launched a war against our state. Troops are shelling and destroying key urban infrastructure, Russian mass shelling of Ukraine’s residential areas and salt using artillery, multiple rocket launchers and ballistic missiles.
Ukraine has officially filed a lawsuit against the Russian Federation in the UN International Court of Justice in The Hague. The court also received an appeal 39 to investigate the situation in Ukraine due to the Russian attack. The Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Karim Khan, said that work on gathering evidence has already begun.
