Cruises: Vista nave launched at Fincantieri in Genoa – Liguria

The latest addition to Oceania cruises will be delivered in March 2023

At the Fincantieri in Genoa Sestri Ponente “Vista” was launched, the first of two new generation cruise ships for Oceania Cruises, a brand of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, which with this unit launches the new Allura class.
“Vista”, whose delivery is scheduled for March 2023, has a gross tonnage of approximately 67,000 tons and will be able to accommodate 1,200 passengers and 800 crew members on board. “The interiors have been designed according to a mixture of grandiose and welcoming spaces – underlines a note from Fincantieri – to offer the luxury experience of the small ship, characteristic of the company but with a new and fresher interpretation”.
The ship, the third built by Fincantieri for Oceania cruises (the first two were “Marina” in 2011 and “Riviera” in 2012) will also focus on innovation and sustainability. Fincantieri is also building cruise ships for two other Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings brands: six for Norwegian Cruise Line (Ncl) and one for Regent Seven Seas Cruises which will be delivered in 2023.
